4 Account Registration

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. We will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login details.

• Do not share your username, password, or authentication codes with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

• KIS198 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before the first withdrawal, or during periodic account reviews.

5 Deposits & Payments

KIS198 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, Hong Leong FPX, DuitNow QR/Transfer, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

All deposits are credited to your account balance in MYR. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via FPX may take 5–15 minutes to reflect. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance subject to the following conditions:

6. KIS198 reserves the right to impose a cooling-off period or request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals associated with accounts under review.

7 Bonus Terms & Promotional Offers

KIS198 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and other time-limited promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.

• Referral Bonuses: The KIS198 referral programme offers MYR 38 to both the referring player and the referred friend upon the referred friend's successful registration and qualifying first deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements. Self-referrals are prohibited.

8 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules govern all betting, gaming, and wagering activity conducted on the KIS198 Platform:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. KIS198 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse bets after they have been submitted, except where a technical error has clearly affected the bet outcome.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the KIS198 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, devices, or payment methods.
• Using another person's account, identity, or payment details without their explicit written consent.
• Engaging in money laundering, or using the Platform to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of criminal activity.
• Depositing funds using stolen, fraudulent, or disputed payment instruments.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party betting software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing errors to obtain winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing KIS198 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise circumvent the technical systems of the KIS198 Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the KIS198 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of KIS198 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without KIS198's express prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KIS198 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

12 Account Suspension & Closure

KIS198 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months without any deposit, wager, or login activity.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to player breach, KIS198 may void all bonus balances and associated winnings.
